Booking & Payment

 

A non-refundable deposit (amount agreed upon in your quote) is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due before final production or delivery.

Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

Once designs are approved and sent to print, no further changes can be made.

 

Timelines

 

Design and production timelines vary depending on the complexity of your order and current schedule. An estimated timeline will be provided at the time of booking.

 

We recommend allowing 3–7 months for bespoke stationery to ensure enough time for design, revisions, printing, and delivery.

 

Any delays in providing required information, approvals, or content may affect your timeline.

 

Proofing & Approvals

 

You’ll receive digital proofs for review before anything is printed. It’s your responsibility to check all details carefully (including spelling, dates, and names).

 

Once approved, we are not liable for any errors found in the final printed items.

 

Digital Downloads

 

If you opt for digital files only, you are responsible for organising printing.Files are provided in print-ready formats and are licensed for personal use only (non-transferable and non-commercial).

 

Copyright & Ownership

 

All designs, artwork, illustrations, and concepts remain the property of Kate Linforth and are protected by copyright law.

 

Purchase of a stationery suite does not transfer ownership of the design or artwork.

Custom artwork may not be reproduced, altered, or reused in any form without written permission.

 

If you'd like to license artwork for additional personal use (e.g. signage, tattoos, gifts), just get in touch - I'm happy to chat about options.

 

Social Media & Sharing

 

I love to share the creative journey and final designs on my website and social media, it’s a big part of how future couples find me!

 

By booking, you agree to allow images of your stationery to be shared online, including photographs of the final designs and any behind-the-scenes content.

 

If your event includes a privacy request, just let me know, I’m always happy to keep things under wraps until the time is right.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

Deposits are non-refundable due to the time and care that goes into starting your project.

 

If you need to cancel after work has begun, you may still be charged for any completed work or expenses incurred up to that point.

 

Delivery & Loss

 

All printed items are carefully packaged and sent via tracked delivery. Once your order is dispatched, we are not liable for any damage, delay, or loss caused by third-party couriers.

 

Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact me within 3 days if there are any issues.By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms.
